This webinar offers the opportunity to learn more about the physical, psychological and cognitive benefits of spending time in nature, with reference to the research and theories around this. Claire and Mary will also discuss the nature connection work that they are doing with those living with acquired brain injury and their family members, and highlight how this complements more traditional neuropsychological approaches. The webinar will also offer practical ideas and suggestions for weaving more opportunities for nature connection into our daily life.
