Folding rear seats were a £600 optional extra on Jaguar XFs. The secret is that the 08-15 models ALL have folding rear seats already. If you can't find the pulleys on yours just climb in the boot with a screwdriver and have a go at this. This is for the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 models.
