Chicken Marinade:
* 1.5-2 pounds chicken thighs boneless & skinless
* 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
* 1/4 cup olive oil (you can go with or without this, I honestly wouldn’t add it in the marinade because it makes the whole thing smell like olive oil and I like smelling all the spices)
* 1 lemon
* 3 cloves garlic minced
* 1 tablespoon coriander & cumin (in the video I used a shawarma seasoning so if u find one of those I would recommend using that, the specific one I used was McCormick)
* 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
* 1 tsp oregano
