Today's Upper Body Workout is a 30-minute workout focused on upper body strength & power and is the perfect arm day for an at home session. With both push and pull exercises being an integral part of this workout, we will be building muscle and power in all areas of the upper body as well as into the core and legs.

As we age, maintaining strength in our upper body become increasingly important for everyday activities and overall health. This workout has been designed specifically for women over 40 and going through any stage of menopause.

This slightly longer session will include a series of exercises that are both challenging but achievable, using dumbbells for added resistance and a mat for comfort.

As a fully qualified personal trainer and fitness professional specialising in women's health, I bring a unique perspective to women's health and wellness, especially for those navigating through all stages of menopause. Being in my 40s, I deeply understand the challenges and transformations women experience during this time. My daily work involves real interactions with women just like you, providing me with invaluable insights and practical experience. This hands-on approach ensures that the advice I share is not only scientifically sound but also empathetically tailored to meet your unique needs. Join me in embracing a holistic journey towards health and wellness, where every workout and piece of advice is crafted with your wellbeing in mind.

📋 What You’ll Need 📋

Dumbbells for building strength and adding resistance.
A mat for comfort and safety.

Duration – 30-minute workout, while slightly longer than some others during this program, still perfectly easy to squeeze into a packed schedule.
