Genshin Impact | "Superior Sospes Superba" (Fanmade Il Capitano Weekly Boss Theme)

Hello everyone! After working on it for 3 days, here is my Il Capitano weekly boss theme, alongside a concept for the Captain of the Fatui’s boss form!

Basically, I was thinking that Natlan should have some kind of phoenix weekly boss. Then I had thought, “what if the Captain was the phoenix-themed weekly boss?” So that lead me here.

The name is just something cool I came up with that I thought was reminiscent of the other Harbinger second form titles, just a thought.

The electronic aspects in this song were inspired by a leak saying that Capitano is not from Teyvat, so I put it in there to give it that "otherworldly" feel HoyoMiX usually goes for with anything relating to things from space.

The Captain, the First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers.

Even the most noble of warriors can live long enough to see his soul stained black with the blood and sin of the monsters he slew, and even with the might of his Delusion, this knight cannot rid the tainted stain of the Abyss off his own heart.

With the might of his Delusion, he rose from the ashes like a phoenix, dutybound even in the fading form he now inhabits. His soul leaking from his very form like the fervent flames of the internal war he fights in himself every waking moment.

Though even the brightest star will one day dim, and such is no different for a captain such as he. Howver, before he fades away, he will shepherd in the new era dreamed of the one he signed his spirit away to serve in the greatest, and most glorious burst of flame he can muster.
