UD Trucks Australia launched the New Generation Quon in 2017. The design of the New Quon incorporates the guiding principles of Kenzo Adachi, UD Trucks’ founder who wanted to design “the truck and services that the world needs today”.
In essence, the New Quon has been developed with the Driver in mind, and features enhancements in five major areas in order to provide Smart Logistics
These five areas of enhancement are:
• smart drivability
• smart fuel efficiency and environmental care
• smart safety
• smart productivity; and
• smart uptime.
With these features, the New Quon is set to redefine the Japanese segment in Australia, as the range boasts the best safety features in Japanese heavy duty trucks, the highest emissions standards (pPNLT which exceed Euro 6) and excellent drivability, uptime and payload.
