The Marina Theoretical exam is composed of 4 Functions. Each function has two or more competences.


Function 1: Marine Engineering at the operational level which is composed of C-1 to C-5.
Function 2: Electrical and Electronic and Control Engineering at the operational level which is composed of C-6 to C-7.
Function 3: Maintenance and Repair which is composed of C-8 to C-9.
Function 4: Controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board at the operational level which is composed of C-10, C-11, C-15, and C-16.


During my review, I no longer read the other competences which are not included in the coverage of the exam but it is up to you if you will do the same. I highly suggest that you should only read 1 to 2 competencies every day to avoid overfilling your brain with information. Don't forget to read all of your notes before you go to bed. Focus on your goal and have faith and confidence to pass the exam. You can do it!!!
