Sawtooth Peak is accessed out of Mineral King in Sequoia National Park. After a long approach on the access road, you wrap up your car to protect it from the marmots and get hiking into the High Sierra. This hike has it all, great trail, easy cross country route finding, exposure approaching the summit, amazing views, and classic scree skiing on the descent.

This was a great day and a perfect second or third peak if you are an aspiring peakbagger.
