This video will help you understand why metal roofs leak and How to seal the screws. The cleaning and preparation is the most important part.

Steps on Fixing Leaks on a Metal Roof:
1. Remove all the old Tar, caulking, and Tape from the screws and seams
2. Use an angle grinder with a metal wire brush attached to clean up every seam and screw
3. If necessary, use Lacquer Thinners with a rag to remove any silicone residues
4. Apply 1 coat of Turbo Poly Seal over the seams
5. Place the Polyester Fleece into the wet Turbo Poly Seal
6. Apply a final coat of Turbo covering the fleece.
7. Wait 24 hours and then paint a Silver Coat Protection over the Turbo.
