(Re-upload) In this explore, we take a quick look inside one of the last remaining buildings at Greenham Common, or formally known as RAF Greenham Common, which was a Royal Air Force station situated in Newbury, Berkshire.

The airfield Opened in 1942 and was used by the United States Air Force during both the Second World War, and the Cold War. It was also a base for British and American nuclear weapons, along with several cruise missiles.

After the Cold War ended, it was closed in September 1992. In 1997 Greenham Common was designated as public parkland. Today we look inside one of the only remaining structures of the base, the control tower. Join us inside!
