Metal Detecting With The Hillsdale Boys ON THE SURFACE !!

This week on The Hillsdale Boys, I revisit a Jackson County long gone homesite we deemed too hard to hunt ! About 4 years ago, Brandon and I hit this permission after dark. It was nasty corn stalks with heavy iron. It was late, and we were both tired, and I guess not in the mood to deal with the hard situation, so we left after only 20 mins. Years passed with new permissions to keep me going, and I just plain forgot about it. Well, it's the season of re-hits, and I remembered this loud girl ! She was on the first map of 1858 and gone by the 1911 map. Well, im glad I remembered her. Even though it took a couple of days and freezing weather, it sure paid off !
