So on today’s episode, I bring to you a quick, easy and delicious dessert that will not mess up your diet.
Take a little break and treat yourself to this delicious keto Approved dessert.

Keto Custard

Ingredients:
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 whole egg
1 Tbs of Stevia
Pinch of salt
1 drop of vanilla extract (Optional)
1 drop of almond extract (Optional)
Few drops of Coconut oil (To grease the ramekins)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, pour half way into the greased ramekins.
In a large baking dish, pour 2 cups of hot water, place the ramekins gently into the hot water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
After which you let it completely cool off on the counter top. Top with any fruit of your choice and enjoy.
