Homemade Carolina Style Chili:
2 lbs lean ground beef
Ketchup
Tomato Paste
Worcestershire Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar
Chopped onion
Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper

Red Slaw:
One head of cabbage finely chopped
Ketchup
Sugar
Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Hot sauce (optional)
