Morrowind 2024 - 5 New Mods for Seyda Neen | Player Homes

Morrowind is a land of adventure, of dungeons, of guilds and conquests, but at the end of the day, everyone needs a place to call home, and within Morrowind's bountiful landscapes there are any number of cities with housing markets offering a variety of abodes for you to call your own!

Often derisively called the Swamp Fever Capital of Tamriel, Seyda Neen is the gateway to Vvardenfell, the first port of call for many an adventure. While most see it as just a stopping point on their way to a greater journey, there is a surprisingly robust housing market in Seyda Neen, welcoming all sorts of new residents with a variety of abodes, from private island estates, to rundown shacks and far more besides!

Today we'll be taking a look at a variety of those abodes as we try and find your dream home in Morrowind!
