GURPS 4th Edition -- Powers

This one came about as a happy accident. I was checking out another GURPS book, and found that it referred to some ideas in GURPS Powers. To the point where those sections were just flat out incomprehensible to me until I read this one.

And this, was the read I found more enjoyable. (What can I say? I enjoy game mechanics more than game lore or narrative constructs.)

GURPS Powers adds something I thought was missing to the game that I had readily available in HERO System: a method of grouping various related abilities a character has, with all the benefits and detriments that one could expect.
