This video shows you Problem Conversion Part 2 Theory Reliability Commission Quest Sumeru Genshin Impact 3.1

During second commission "Theory Reliability", you need to collect 3 planks but there are 5 lying around (Paimon says we should take them too).

→ If you only collect 3 planks, Rafiq will fail his test in (3 pat), and you have to go through (4 part) before redoing (3 part) again.
→ If you collect 5 planks, Rafiq will test his ship successfully in (3 part) and you can get achievement. (4 part) will still come later, but now it's inconsequential.
