This session will provide a unique framework to use and develop Communities of Practice in your organisation. It will provide opportunities for attendees to think about and apply it to their own situation and organisation. Attendees will leave with new ideas and a framework to follow to create and develop their own Community of Practice.

The session will be based on the '5 P framework' covering these 5 elements of community development.

Mike is a great believer in collaborative technologies unlocking the potential in organisations. Harnessing the power of social tools and networks to create connections and conversations should be a key part in any L&D strategy.

Mike has previously won awards in using social & collaborative tools to support learning and has spoken at conferences in the UK and recently at the American Talent Development (ATD) Conference in Orlando. He gets excited about Communities of Practice so he may get a bit giddy and passionate when he’s talking.
