Carmine "The Roman" Falcone is the Kingpin Gangster of Gotham, and is defiantly one of my favourite Villains in the City. Originally based on 'Vito' from the Godfather Movies, he has The Police, The Mayors Office and Judicial System all in his pocket and on his payroll. This often leads to some great plot points, and we have been blessed with some quality acting performances over the years. So sit back and relax as we look at his Evolution, and some excellent scenes from Carmine Falcone.
