This is a sensitive story of Dorothy, a single mother of five, of which three of her children have special needs. This story reveals how Dorothy’s situation impacts her life psychosocially as she works day and night caring for her three children with special needs who fully depend on her.
Dorothy carries the strength of four in her petite frame as she has to physically lift her three children who are unable to walk, stand or even feed themselves.
This is an inconclusive research topic that Nancy Chavi is still working on.
According to Chavi, 'Dorothy's story is the case study of an ongoing story which is yet to be concluded as she seeks more suitable sources to include in the full documentary'.

"Please note that this documentary is inconclusive as this is just the introductory part of the bigger story which is still in the making, as to put everything together I have to find the right time and resources myself." added Chavi.

Aim of this documentary? To assist Dorothy rightfully, to tell stories that are disregarded and just normalised.
