Australia's inflation falls to within RBA's target limit | 7NEWS

For the first time in years, Australia's inflation rate is technically back where it needs to be showing the cost of living crisis is easing.

It fell to 2.7% in August but still not enough though to convince the RBA to cut interest rates.

The prime minister has left the door open to changes on negative gearing and other property taxes.
