Uncertainty and a sense of disorientation is what we may be experiencing these days, with the onset of the Coronavirus. Experiencing uncertainty, not knowing what comes next brings discomfort. To our mind. Our mind wants the predictability and certainty of what is going to happen... This is so natural, so normal. In our journey here on Earth we experience the whole spectrum of emotions, including fear and uncertainty. Fear is the opposite of love and uncertainty is the opposite of feeling supported at every moment. Our reality as perceived by our mind is dual in character and it really helps to become an outside oberver of this constant play and interchange of opposing emotions. When we do that, we do not attach ourselves to them, because we are aware of their duality, fluctuation and constant change...
