Different ESIC benefits in Death for Employees and dependents under the #ESIC act 1948 also other than these benefits there are some more benefits from employer's side which will give some extra help to dependents and their families. Also there are some benefits which will get on-duty death and some in off-duty death.

Following Death benefits for Employees under ESIC are:

1. Funeral benefits under #ESIC act 1948 after employee death.
2. Pension benefits under ESIC act in case of death.

In funeral benefits from ESIC, dependents will get a total of Rs. 10,000/- for funeral expenses and if there is no family or dependent of the employee then the person who arranges the funeral products will get that 10,000/- funeral benefits.
And to claim funeral death benefits, you are needed to fill Claim by form - 22.

In pension benefits from ESIC after employee death, the employee's widow will get the 3/5 part of the employees salary till she marry again or if not then pension will get lifelong.
Also if employee is unmarried then his mother will get pension till death and a total of 2/5 percentage of salary will get as pension.
Employee's children also can get pension as 2/5 of total salary upto they complete 25 years.
Also unmarried daughter will get same 2/5 percentage of pension benefits from ESIC after employee death.
Under under ESIC act 1948 death benefits, if employee's son/daughter is infirm or disabled then they will also get pension as 2/5 of total and this is till death.
