New Delhi, April 07 (ANI): Ministry of External Spokesperson Affairs Arindam Bagchi on April 07 informed that External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will lead the Indian delegation at the 4th India-US Ministerial 2+2 Dialogue that will take place on April 11 in the US.
While addressing a Press Conference in Delhi, he said, “EAM Dr S Jaishankar will visit the US from 11 to 12 April 2022. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and EAM will lead the Indian delegation at the 4th India-US Ministerial 2+2 Dialogue which will take place on 11th April in Washington, DC.”
“The dialogue would enable both the sides to undertake a comprehensive review of cross-cutting issues in the India-US bilateral agenda related to foreign policy, defence, and security with objective of providing strategic guidance and vision for further consolidating the relationship,” he added.
“The EAM will also separately meet his US counterpart Secretary Antony Blinken. EAM is also scheduled to meet senior members of the US administration to further advance the India-US comprehensive global strategic partnership” he further added. (SA)
