Today we're going to take a look at the PTC custom fit engine oil filter. This is going to be a custom fit for your vehicle. This is going to fit many Acura, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan and Subaru vehicles, amongst many more. To be sure if this is a fit for your vehicle in particular, you'll want to go to each etrailer.com and use the fit guide. Enter in your year, make and model to determine if this is a fit for you.Now, our oil filter is going to trap any harmful contaminants to keep your engine running smoothly. It's designed for both conventional and synthetic oils.

It has a molded nitrile anti drain back valve to deliver startup engine protection, and it's spring activated bypass release valve is pressure sensitive and more responsive. It's internally lubricated sealing gasket allows you to remove the filter easily, and this is going to be a direct replacement for the following filters. It's going to work for Champ PH2876, FRAM PH6607, Purolator L14612, and Wix 51365.This is made of a heavy gauge steel to prevent any deformation during installation. And as you can see, we do have the flat spots up at the top to make it easier for a filter wrench to get on there and tighten it or loosen. The material inside is going to be constructed of a cellulose and glass blended media.Now, the manufacturer of this oil filter recommends changing it every 5,000 miles, but you want to be sure to check your owner's manual in your vehicle to make sure that you follow their recommendations as well.That's going to do it for our look at the PTC custom fit engine oil filter..
