Garrett breaks into the bank to steal the Star of Auldale, and everything else not bolted down properly.

There's no point in the level where you couldn't just simply go back so all you need to know is that you should have collected everything before leaving the mission.

You can shut off the cameras with water arrows since their power source seems to be a small flame, but shutting off cameras unnecessarily is just dull and water arrows are worth money.
The outer and inner vault areas have some trap tiles, but I shut them off since I happened to buy the wirecutters earlier. You can still complete the mission without the cutters.
The levers you have to pull down to open the cage with the Star of Auldale in it have to be activated within a certain time limit and the easiest way is to deactivate the traps as the trap tiles are laid out just so that you don't have enough time if you try running around them, but what you can also do is just climb up on the cage, climb to the second floor, jump down the other end and climb down and pull the other lever just in time.
There's a deadly trap on the display of the Star of Auldale. If you try to pick it up without pressing the button on the left, the vault will be filled with poison gas. Yes, I fell for that trap the first time.
Two of the lockers in the outer vault are indeed empty.
There's a second poppy you can pick up outside behind one of the trees.
This new Garrett seems to have nimbler fingers than the old Garrett when it comes to picking people's ears. You can pickear the earrings from women in this game.
