9 Favorite Seeds To Plant In August (Zone 9A)

Now is the time to sow or "plant" some seeds in our backyard organic raised bed garden. We are getting near the end of Summer and will go ahead and get some late Summer/Fall seeds sowed. Some we will harvest before the first freeze and others, like the brassicas, we can harvest after the first freeze. In fact, it better for those plants. I am covering 9 types of vegetables and 9 specific plant species that I use in my backyard organic raised bed garden.
