I'm in Neo's Apartment from The Matrix! Virtual Production with UE5 and RETracker Bliss.

Today I'm visiting the Matrix, Neo's apartment from the beginning of the film. This is your first look at RETracker Bliss, a new camera tracking solution, working with Unreal Engine 5. It features high polygon count assets and very realistic lighting courtesy of UE5's Lumen and Nanite features.

Since I started in 2019, advances in Unreal Engine and other software have made it a lot easier to do this stuff, so I'm going to be doing a whole new series of tutorials showing just how quick and easy you can do it. Even if you're just making home movies, adding special effects like this can make them a lot more fun. Imagine having a video booth at your next party that can transport you and your friends to any place and any scene you like!
