𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟲: 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀

The kitchen is the heartbeat of the home, and cluttered counters create constant background stress, even when we don’t realize it.

TIP: Clear counters calm the mind.

You don’t need a magazine-perfect kitchen.
You need space to think, move, and breathe.

ACTION (20 minutes):

1️⃣ Remove everything from your counters
Yes, all of it. Small appliances, mail, décor, bags, yesterday’s leftovers.

2️⃣ Wipe the counters clean
This matters more than you think. A clean surface resets your energy.

3️⃣ Put back only what you use daily
Ask yourself:

Do I use this every single day?

Does it earn its spot on the counter?

Coffee maker? Probably yes.
Air fryer you use once a week? Find it a home.

4️⃣ Create one “landing zone”
Choose one small spot for daily items like keys or mail, not the entire counter.

The Power Move (End-of-Day Reset)

After you have completed this task each night going forward, before you go to bed,
✔️ Clear the counters
✔️ Wipe them down
✔️ Leave the kitchen ready for morning

Starting the day with clean counters sets the tone for everything that follows.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about creating a daily reset that makes life feel lighter.
