Adjust Valve Lash (Diesel Engine - Solid Valve Lifters)

After a fresh rebuild, I can finally adjust the Valve Lash on the rocker arm assembly of the Yanmar 3-cylinder diesel engine. For this, I will need to set each piston to "Top Dead Center" and make sure the gap between the rocker arm and the valve cap is set to the specifications of the Yanmar Service Manual.

Adjusting the valve lifters in this manner can be done to ANY solid lifter engine setup! (This is not the same as a hydraulic valve lifter!)
