I have a simple sausage and cheese bake that will absolutely KILL as an appetiser for your holiday parties. I also love to make this up and cut into squares and serve to my kids for a quick and easy breakfast in the morning. The beauty of this recipe is that it is BASIC!

Ingredients:
2 cans of pastry dough (I use croissant rolls)
1 1/2lbs ground breakfast sausage
2C shredded extra sharp cheddar (best to buy the block and shred by hand) 2 large beaten eggs.
