Liftmaster CSW24UL Remote Programming

This video shows how to change the programming of liftmaster 811lm remote controls. The operator was installed on an apartment complex where the remotes were programmed to open the gate with one press, stop the gate with another press, and close with another press. This programming is called Open/Stop/Close and is done by simply pressing the learn button and then remote button. This video shows how to change the programming so that the remote ONLY is able to open the gate and not stop it or close it.

This type of remote programming is able to be done on the latest versions of Liftmaster gate operators, and in order for this to work the timer to close feature MUST BE ON!

Having you remotes programmed this was will help reduce call backs because or gates being stuck open or not closed all the way due to users having the ability to stop the gate mid travel. Remotes will only open the gate and the timer to close will take care of closing it.
