Easy 4th of July Cookie Cake | Patriotic Dessert Recipe 🇺🇸♥️🍪

Looking for the perfect 4th of July dessert? This easy, festive cookie cake is packed with red, white, and blue fun—and it's a total crowd-pleaser! Whether you're hosting a BBQ or heading to a 4th of July potluck, this EASY patriotic dessert is guaranteed to impress without stressing you out! 😅

In this video, I’ll show you how to make a Fourth of July cookie cake using a convenient shortcut and saving you time and energy. You can decorate it with colorful frosting and sprinkles, and have it ready in under an hour.

What You Will Need-

1. 1 package of Pillsbury pre-made cookie dough - i used the 30oz package ready to bake chocolate chip cookie dough:
2. 1 bag of patriotic m and m’s - i used this large family size bag:
3. 1 container of Pillsbury White Frosting:
4. 1 container of patriotic sprinkles:
5. 1 baking sheet pan, i used the Hongbake baking sheet pans-
6. Wilton 1 m tip
7. Wilton 16oz cake/pastry bags

Directions -

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Press cookie dough evenly across the ungreased baking sheet.
3. Press mandm’s into cookie dough evenly across the baking sheet
4. Once oven is pre-heated put cookie dough into oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown; and edges of cookie dough/cookie is pulling from the edges
5. Let cookie cake completely cool before frosting or icing will melt.
6. Put tip into icing bag, cut hole-not too big, and then add frosting.
7. Once cookie is cool to touch, frost border with white icing.
8. Add patriotic sprinkles on top.
9. Cut, and enjoy ☺️ serve as is, or with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
