My Alberto impression does need a little bit more work, Luca just sounds like Gon.

(Plot):

You noticed your brother Luca is sneaking up to the surface to visit a friend, you fear it was a human, but it turns out it’s another sea monster like you!

You got to meet the guy and you soon start to feel a soft spot for him, Luca maybe an overprotective brother, not wanting to put his sister in danger, but he’s starting to get really suspicious.
