Meerut (Uttar Pradesh),Mar 27 (ANI): One criminal was injuried in an encounter with Uttar Pradesh's Meerut on Monday. Another criminal managed to run away from the scene. The injured was taken to the hospital. UP police has launched a combing operation in the area to nab the other criminal.
