2. Raw or Undercooked Fish & ShellfishSay no to sushi and raw shellfish. These foods can carry harmful bacteria that may cause foodborne illnesses like listeria or salmonella, which can lead to severe pregnancy complications.

3. Unpasteurized Dairy & Soft CheesesUnpasteurized dairy and soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert may contain listeria, a bacteria that can harm your baby and lead to miscarriage or stillbirth.

4. CaffeineLimit caffeine to under 200mg per day. Too much caffeine can increase the risk of miscarriage and low birth weight.
