Join us as we share some photos and clips as we journeyed through our build and upfit. Sprinter van conversion full build out. Gertie is a 2017 Mercedes Sprinter van 2500, high roof, 170WB, 6 cylinder, 3 litre diesel engine. May 2018 we purchased our van and took our time with the build, 18 months to be exact, before we embraced our first full-time trip, our first vanlife journey.

Looking back at this video we created, (still learning the whole process for creating these videos) it has given us a sense of pride with what we actually accomplished. From the doubts, the uncertainties, the tears, the fears to actually living full time now in Gertie. We are living our vanlife dreams.
