DIY Milkmaid Top/ Pattern Available

In this thrift flip/upcycle tutorial I transform a cotton eyelet shirt into a milkmaid top! I bring you a step by step tutorial on making this crop top as seen on my tik tok. Woven Top (thrift/upcycle one) or 1/2 yard fabric
3/4" rings and slides
1/4" elastic-1 yard
5 buttons!
