Antiviral agents such as acyclovir and valacyclovir can inhibit virus replication; keratolytics such as salicylic acid and tretinoin can promote the peeling of the epidermis, helping to eliminate the wart; immunomodulators such as interferon and thymosin can enhance the immune function of the body and improve antiviral ability.

3. Physical therapy: This includes cryotherapy, laser therapy, and electrocautery. Cryotherapy uses the principle of liquid nitrogen freezing to necrosis and fall off the wart tissue; laser therapy utilizes the thermal effect of the laser to vaporize or carbonize the wart tissue; electrocautery uses high-frequency scalpels to burn the wart tissue, achieving the purpose of removing the wart.

4. Surgical treatment: Surgical methods such as scraping and resection can be considered for larger warts or when drug and physical therapies are ineffective. However, surgical treatment may leave scars and affect appearance.

Please note that plantar wart is contagious, so it is important to avoid scratching or rubbing the wart during treatment to prevent worsening of the condition or transmission to others.
