Possible Neutral Milk Hotel/Jeff Mangum demo leak, Milk - Beauty (1990)

Someone posted this possible Neutral Milk Hotel / Jeff Mangum demo leak of Milk - Beauty (1990) on /mu/ claiming they found the recording on an iPod that someone left behind in their apartment. It is supposedly a pre-Neutral Milk Hotel demo recorded by Jeff Mangum in 1990.

This demo is definitely known to exist and was encoded to MP3 at one point by someone on the Elephant 6 message boards, but it's never been shared online until now.

It sounds legit to me, I figured I'd put it up here so other people could listen and share what they think.
