Why I did not use the Timeless Fence System

The bottom line is in 2021, it was a lot cheaper to install 6 T-post insulator clips vs. 1 Timeless Fence Post because I already had steel T-posts and barbed wire.

I do NOT recommend barbed wire, and I do NOT recommend steel T-posts. However, that is what I had, and I used it.

It is not simple to keep the wires off the barbed wire and T-posts, but it can be done. I had to do a lot of trouble-shooting at first, but after a few months of fixing problems, I didn't see as many problems any more. Now the system I have is working pretty well. I am not seeing all of the problem Greg Judy warns about, but I have seen some.

I recommend listening to Greg Judy. If I had the time, money, and energy, I would install Timeless fence posts parallel to the barbed wire as he recommends.
