RTÉ News reports on the death of Italian football legend Salvatore Schillaci. Known affectionately as "Toto", Schillaci won the Golden Boot for being the top scorer at the 1990 FIFA World Cup hosted on home soil, scoring six goals and helping his country to a third place finish. Schillaci's winning goal in the quarter final of Italia '90 knocked out the Republic of Ireland, who were appearing in their first-ever World Cup finals, ending the Boys in Green's best-ever finish in a major soccer tournament.
