An old legendary figure of the Wastes, known as "The Partisan", has recently resurfaced in the Mojave Wasteland. With his long career spent harassing and brutalizing the New California Republic, the return of "The Partisan" initiates a free-for all manhunt, with the NCR authorities hellbent on smashing the old thorn in their side once and for all, no matter the (monetary) cost.
