Ingredients:
60 ml (2 fl oz) espresso or coffee
60 ml (2 fl oz) brandy
Lemon zest to taste
Orange zest to taste
2 cloves
a cinnamon stick
5 refined sugar cubes

Method:
1. Brew the espresso or coffee in any preferred way.
2. Place finely chopped lemon and orange zest, cloves, cinnamon, and powdered sugar in a saucepan.
3.Place sugar in a cup, pour in cognac, and ignite it.
4.Quickly pour hot coffee over the flaming mixture.
5.Let it stand for 3-4 minutes and strain.
6.Transfer the prepared coffee to a serving glass.
