Mirchi Bhajia/ Crispy Pepper Fry Recipe:
Slit peppers vertically to remove all the seeds n create a cavity
Take 2 cups gram flour in a bowl
Add 2 tbsp rice flour
1/4 tbsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp carrom seeds
2 pinch of hing
1/2 tbsp baking powder
Add salt to taste
Mix them well
Add water and adjust consistency to make a not so think and not so runny batter
Add 1 tbsp hot oil
Give it a good mix
Dip those mirchis one by one, coat them with batter evenly on all sides
Fry in hot oil in medium high flame
Make sure it’s fried on all sides
Remove excess oil
Serve it sprinkled with chat masala

Serve and enjoy!
