🗓️ Important Dates

Examination Period: Practical exams start on 2nd December 2024 and conclude on 20th December 2024.
Distribution of Materials: Blank answer scripts and question papers will be distributed to schools on 27th November 2024 from predetermined centers.
Online Marks Submission: Schools must upload practical and project marks between 6th December 2024 and 31st December 2024.
🎯 Key Guidelines for Conducting the Exams

Subject-Specific Supervision: Only the concerned subject teacher can conduct practical exams.
If no teacher is available for a specific subject, schools may appoint a teacher from a neighboring institution with prior permission from the Regional Office.
Repeat Candidates: Students who have already passed the practical examination in a previous year do not need to appear again.
Answer Script Handling:
After evaluation, practical answer scripts should be kept securely at the school until further instructions from WBCHSE.
Schools are not required to send hard copies of marks to the Council.
Marks Submission:
Practical and project marks must be submitted online via the WBCHSE portal: wbchseapplication.wb.gov.in.
Ensure all data is accurate during submission, as errors will not be tolerated.

Schools should store evaluated answer scripts according to registration numbers until WBCHSE provides specific instructions for submission.
During online submission, only two-digit marks or "AB" (Absent) can be entered.
The Head of the Institution is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the uploaded marks.
