Instant Buttermilk Kuzhambu also called 'vedikka vita mor kuzhambu" is commonly prepared in many Tamil Brahmin households. It does not require any vegetables or coconut or grinding of any masalas. It is instant and can be done in a jiffy. All the ingredients are commonly available. I thought it it will be perfect to share this during this lock-down when we avoid going out frequently.
