We are at quarters of FDNY Engine 94, Ladder 48, and Battalion 3, Hunts Point's Bravest at 1226 Seneca Avenue, where we see all three companies as they respond to a couple of calls during a recent afternoon. First, we see the Engine and the Chief as they respond to Box 2835 at 1020 Soundview Avenue between Bruckner Boulevard and Fteley Avenue for an odor of gas. Normally, this would be a first due Box for Engine 96, but they were already on another run, so Engine 94 was first due. Engine 90 was second due. Tower Ladder 54 was the sole truck on the Box, as was Battalion 3. The call ended up being nothing more than just an odor without any kind of source. Therefore, all companies went 10-8 available. In the next scene, we see Ladder 48 and Battalion 3 as they both respond first due to Box 2364 at 925 Hunts Point Avenue between Bruckner Boulevard and Southern Boulevard for a Class III alarm at a McDonalds. As the truck is responding, the tones go off for the Engine, as they became available from the previous run at Box 2835. They replaced Engine 82 as first due. Engine 82 dropped down to second due, Engine 71 dropped down to third due, and Engine 83 remained in service. Tower Ladder 31 was the second due Truck. Battalion 3 was the sole Chief on the Box. Apparently, this McDonalds is a frequent customer, due to mischievous people pulling the manual pull alarm in the restaurant. Therefore, the Box was made a 10-92 for malicious false alarm, and all companies became available. In the last scene, we see the Engine as they respond third due to a phone alarm for a fire in a multiple dwelling at Box 2543 at 760 East 166th Street between Tinton Avenue and Forest Avenue. This Box actually ended up being a fire in a high-rise, which caused a 10-75 to be struck, and eventually a 10-77 for a high-rise multiple dwelling fire. We will see that fire in the next video. On the initial ticket, Engine 50, Engine 92, and Engine 94 were first, second, and third due Engines respectively. Tower Ladder 31 and Tower Ladder 44 were first and second due Trucks respectively. Battalion 26 was the sole Chief on the Box initially. Once it went to 10-75 and then 10-77, a number of other companies became involved. Engine 94 is using a spare 2009 Seagrave Marauder II. Ladder 48 is a 2013 Ferrara Ultra with a 100-foot rear-mount stick. Battalion 3 is a 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500HD.
