Have you mastered wheel pose yet? If not that's ok, perhaps this slow, stretchy, intermediate yoga flow will help open you up enough to ease you into wheel pose. Remember the yoga asana is not important, the important thing is to listen to your body. If you're not ready for full wheel pose then take bridge pose or another yoga posture instead, I'm here to guide you but you are the master of your yoga practice, so enjoy and make this vinyasa flow your own.

We'll be using yoga poses like Dancer, Reverse table top and many more to prep your body for this intense heart openig and back bending posture.
