To encourage the integration and development of our employees, our Bank launched in 2016 an induction program that revolves around several initiatives. Among these initiatives, Induction Day is an event that allows new joiners to discover our business lines and make our culture their own as well as meet peers and colleagues.

On November 29th and December 2nd, 2019, two Induction Days, organised respectively in Hong Kong and Singapore, brought together over 230 new employees from 9 locations in Asia-Pacific.
