ingredients / Bahan-Bahan:
200g Rice vermicelli/ Bihun
6-7 Cloves Garlic/ bawang putih
1 onion/ bawang merah
1 spring curry leaves/ daun kari
1/2 tbsp Chilli paste/ cili giling
3/4 water
2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce/ kicap manis
1 tbsp dark caramel sauce/ Sos keremel pekat
1 tbsp Sweet sour & Spicy sauce/ Sos prisa 3 rasa
some mushrooms seasoning/ perisa cendawan
salt/ garam
a handful mustard greens/ segengam sayur sawi
1 tbsp carrots/ lobak merah
a handful of beans sprouts/ segengam taugeh
4 tofu pok/ tauhu goreng
